Crest’s founders decided to take a leap, setting up a brand new collective focused on personal leadership in a fast-paced, technological environment. Our programmes open you up to unexpected experiences, involving nature, reflection and community building. They have been handpicked and designed to give you a broad view of three main areas - Self-awareness, Collaboration and Leadership. As opposed to other programmes, these stick. Because you co-create the content and monthly check-in with your learning community.

We need many people exploring their crest; experimenting with leadership, pushing boundaries, having self-awareness, being open-minded towards other (ideas), understanding and contributing to the bigger picture. Crests can be found in nature: it’s the top of a mountain or wave, used as a verb; she crested the mountain or the crest of a wave. It’s also a tuft of feathers on an animal, showing its colors, a noun. With our roots in the energy and maritime industry, we shaped Crest as a collective wave; setting a new leadership wave in motion in the energy and maritime sector.
